How to take proper care of heating elements?

  • High voltage - High Voltage is one main reason for breakdown of heating elements. It should run on proper volatge on which it is designed. High volatage leads to overheat of resistance wire and breaks it down.


  • Scaling - Scaling is other important reason for breakdown of Tubular Heaters. It acts as heat barrier due to which heat accumulates on surface of sheath tube results in damaging it. Desacaling agents are recommended for ensuring life of tubular heaters.
